***This is a temporary position with possibility of hiring - Full-Time and Part-Time options available.
Basic Function and Responsibility:
Loan Operations ensures organizational compliance, executional excellence, and continuous improvement of IBFS’ general business and loan operations.
Reports to President/CEO
Required Skills/Background:

Proficient with electronic/cloud filing systems (ex: Microsoft SharePoint, Google Docs, other)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Highly organized and detail-oriented
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently

Ability to quickly learn web-based software user interfaces

Customer-oriented
Preferred Skills/Background:

Bachelor’s or equivalent in related field
-
Proficient with Adobe Pro
-
Experience with Quickbooks Online or similar financial management tool
-
Experience in loan portfolio/servicing/banking
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Ensure organization of digital and hard copy loan portfolio files per IBFS processes, as well as SBA, District Office, Wells Fargo and Colson's requirements for file protection, access, etc.
-
Manage operational finance process, including:
-
Document incoming invoices/bills and obtain necessary approvals
-
Track payables/receivables and manage expense process using Quickbooks Online
-
Assist with bill payment as needed
-
Work with accountant monthly to complete reconciliation process
-

Manage payroll document and time-off tracking process
-
Monthly data update to website
-
Assist Portfolio Manager with Loan Servicing processes
-
Monthly servicing revenue and delinquency reports
-
Collecting borrower information requests and digitally filing documentation such as insurance, financial and others
-
-
Audit loan file system for accuracy
-
Assist with Board Meeting preparation
-
Assist with ongoing Policy update process
-
Manage job postings, incoming candidate collection and interview scheduling with IBFS Board of Directors and Committees
-
Manage incoming mail for loan servicing and office operational expense documents
-
Manage IBFS phone system for incoming call screens, take notes, forwarding calls
Other Duties:
-
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information
-
Meets performance plan objectives as outlined in annual review process
-
Functional cross-training on Ventures+ system
-
Assist with IBFS’ other economic development activities as requested
